1. Using Formera

Formera helps you organize information and format it into estimates, invoices, receipts, work orders, service agreements and PDF files. You may use the app for lawful personal or business purposes and must comply with applicable laws and the rights of others.

2. Your information and documents

You are responsible for the information you enter, the documents you create and the people with whom you share them. You represent that you have the right to use any business details, customer information, logos and other content you add to Formera.

Review every document for accuracy, completeness and suitability before sending, printing, signing or relying on it.

3. Not professional advice

Formera is a document preparation tool. Templates and generated documents do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial or other professional advice. Laws and business requirements vary by location and situation. Consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Formera to:

• Create fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful or misleading documents.
• Infringe privacy, intellectual property or other legal rights.
• Impersonate another person or business without authorization.
• Distribute malicious content or interfere with the app’s operation.
• Use the app in a way that violates applicable law.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the information and content you enter. You grant no ownership of that content to Formera merely by using the app. Because Formera currently processes your work on your device, you are responsible for maintaining any backups or exported copies you need.

6. The app and its materials

Formera, its visual design, app code, branding and included materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the app. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the app except as permitted by law or Apple’s applicable terms.

7. Formera Lifetime

You can preview documents without purchasing. Creating, saving and sharing generated PDFs requires the Formera Lifetime non-consumable in-app purchase. The localized price displayed by the App Store at the time of purchase is the applicable price. Formera Lifetime is a one-time purchase rather than an automatically renewing subscription.

Apple processes the transaction. Purchase restoration, refunds and other billing matters are subject to Apple’s applicable policies. Access may be withdrawn when Apple reports that a transaction was refunded or revoked.

8. Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend or discontinue features. We do not promise that Formera will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Updates may be required to continue using the app.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Formera is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that templates or generated documents will satisfy a particular legal, regulatory, accounting or business requirement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Formera and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, business, data or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Apple terms

Your download, purchase and use of Formera through the App Store are also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Formera except as required by law.

12. Termination

You may stop using Formera at any time. We may terminate or restrict your right to use the app if you materially violate these terms, subject to applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Formera evolves. The current version will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
